• Customer Support

  Clicking on Customer Support will direct you to a contact form. Use this form if the current online support documentation did not provide you the answers you were looking for.

• E-mail Status

  Click here to view the status of a previously sent support e-mail.

• More Content

  To view the rest of the contact form, drag your finger on the screen and flick it upwards to view the remaining content.

• Subject

  Select a specific topic of discussion.

• Username

  Enter your username.

• E-mail

  Enter the e-mail associated with your account.

• Message Area

  Clicking in the message area will trigger the keyboard interface. Write the support questions/comments/concerns you may have in this field.

• Enter Text Code

  Enter the text code you see here to verify that your message is from you.

• Send Message

  Once you are finished with your message, click on the Send Message button and you will be receiving a reply to your associated account e-mail.

• Review

  To review your information or message, drag your finger on the screen and flick it downwards to view the content at the top.
